Which type of test tube can choose gender

There is no type of test tube that can choose gender. The sex of a baby is determined by the chromosomes inherited from the parents at the moment of conception. While technologies like preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) can be used to screen embryos for genetic conditions before implantation during in-vitro fertilization (IVF), this allows parents to select an embryo of a desired sex, but it doesn’t involve choosing the gender through the test tube itself. The test tube is simply a container; the sex determination is a biological process happening within the embryo.
